5 Cheese Macaroni and Cheese Recipe



Serves 5

or 1 box elbow macaroni

or 12 oz condensed milk (355 ml), 1 can


or 3 eggs

or 8 tablespoons unsalted butter

or 2 cups grated cheddar Cheese (200g). ), grated and divided

or 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (100 g), grated

or 2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled


or 1 cup provolone cheese (115 g), chopped into small pieces

or ½ cup smoked Gouda -Cheese (50g), grated

or 4 teaspoons salt, divided

or 2 teaspoons black pepper

5-Cheese Macaroni and Cheese Recipe


Preheat the oven to 350˚ F (180˚C).

In a large pot or saucepan, cook macaroni according to package directions and salt the water with 2 teaspoons  salt. Drain and return to the warm pot.

Add butter to the hot macaroni and stir until melted. Season with the remaining salt and pepper.Add half of the cheddar, mozzarella, provolone, gouda and feta cheeses. Mix well. Add

eggs and condensed milk and mix until fully incorporated.

Place in a 23 x 33 cm baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.


Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until the surface is nicely browned.Enjoy!
