– **Chicken Marinade:**
– 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch

– **Stir-Fry Sauce:**
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)


– **Stir-Fry:**
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 cup green beans, trimmed and halved
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon grated ginger


1. **Marinate the Chicken:**
– In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. **Prepare the Stir-Fry Sauce:**
– In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

3. **Cook the Chicken:**
– Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.


4. **Stir-Fry the Vegetables:**
– In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
– Add the red bell pepper and green beans. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

5. **Combine and Cook:**
– Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Pour in the stir-fry sauce and bring to a simmer.
– Stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and everything is well coated.

6. **Serve:**
– Serve the stir-fry hot over steamed rice or noodles.
