When my friend brought out this dish at the party, I thought, “I have to make this ASAP” and man, was it worth it


2 packages (8 ounces each) of heavy cream Cheese, softened

1 cup cream


1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup salted caramel sauce, purchased or homemade

1.5 sleeves of Ritz crackers (approx. 48 cookies)



In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cream, sugar and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Place a layer of Ritz crackers in the bottom of a lightly greased 8×8 inch baking dish.

Spread a third of the cream cheese mixture on the crackers, followed by a drizzle of caramel sauce.Repeat these layers two more times and finish with the caramel sauce.

Cover the cake and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the cookies to soften.

Before serving, consider garnishing with additional caramel sauce, whipped cream, or a sprinkle of crushed Ritz crackers for added texture and flavor.
