– 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1 tsp dried basil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 cups cooked pasta (e.g., penne or rotini)
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1. **Preheat Oven:**
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. **Cook Beef:**
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.

3. **Add Vegetables and Sauce:**
Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

4. **Combine with Pasta:**
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the meat sauce. Mix until well combined.

5. **Assemble Casserole:**
In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread half of the pasta mixture.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the pasta.
Add the remaining pasta mixture on top.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top.

6. **Bake:**
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

7. **Garnish and Serve:**
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Enjoy your cheesy baked casserole!
