Pasta with sausage and cream



– 500 g sausage

– 1 pack of spaghetti

– 1 envelope of ready-made tomato sauce


– 1 small box of  cream

– 200 g cream cheese (cup or tube)

– 2 tablespoons of olive oil

– 1 onion, chopped

– 2 tomatoes, chopped


– 2 garlic cloves, chopped

– ¼ yellow  pepper, chopped (optional)

– 1/2 can  peas, drained (optional)

– 1/2 can  drained corn ( optional)

– 2 tablespoons  ketchup


– Chopped spring onion (to taste)

– Salt and black pepper (to taste)

– Oregano and paprika (to taste)




  1. The sausage in 0. Cut 5 cm thick slices and cook until boiling.
  2. Once boiling, cook for another 2 minutes and drain.Put aside.
  3. In a pan, fry the onion and garlic in olive oil.
  4. Add tomatoes, yellow peppers, peas, corn, ketchup, green onions, black pepper, paprika, oregano and salt to taste.5. Mix well and let it fry until the tomatoes break down.
  5. Add the drained sausage slices and mix well.

7.Add the tomato sauce and a little water and let it cook until it boils and thickens.

  1. Add the cream cheese and stir until completely melted.
  2. Add the cream and  cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes.10. Cook  pasta according to  package instructions.
  3. Drain the pasta, cover with the sauce and serve immediately.
