** Roasted Cocoa Swirls **

 

** INGREDIENTS: **
– 1 egg
– 140 g (0.7 cup) sugar
– 70 ml (0.3 cup) butter
– 10 g vanilla sugar
– 450 g (3.6 cups) all-purpose flour
– 170 ml water
– 10 g baking powder
– 15 g cocoa

** INSTRUCTIONS: **

1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the sugar, butter and Mix with vanilla sugar until completely combined. mixed thoroughly.

7. Heat the oil in a pan.
8. Rotate the pan completely and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
