Here is a recipe for a low carb soup that you can make in a crock pot:


  1.   1 pound ground beef
  2.   1 onion, chopped
  3.   3 garlic cloves, minced
  4.   1 red bell pepper , chopped
  5.   1 green  pepper, chopped
  6.   2 zucchini, chopped
  7.   1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  8.   4 cups beef broth
  9.   2 teaspoons chili powder
  10.   1 teaspoon cumin
  11.   Salt and pepper for taste
  12.   Optional ingredients: grated cheese, sour cream, sliced ​​green onions


  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off excess fat and add the meat to the pot.

2.Add the chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped pepper and chopped zucchini to the pot.


  1. Pour the can of diced tomatoes (with the juice) over the vegetables and meat.
  2. Add beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper to the pot.Stir and mix everything.
