Garlic Ribeye Steak Skewers



  • 2 pounds ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 bunch asparagus, cleaned
  • 1 pound small potatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar


  1. In a large bowl, whisk the olive oil and garlic. , soy sauce, salt, pepper and rosemary. Add the ribeye cubes and mix. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

2.Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) to roast the vegetables and fry the skewers over medium-high heat.

  1. Place the marinated ribeye cubes on the skewers. Put aside.

4.Mix asparagus and potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Spread on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes,  until tender and golden brown.


  1. Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through, depending on your taste.

6.Serve the skewers with the roasted asparagus and potatoes.
