120 ml warm milk

brewer’s yeast 10 g

40 g sugar


40 g melted butter (can be replaced with oil)

pinch of salt

vanilla flavor 8 g

1  room temperature egg

280 g flour (for all Purposes)



 Instructions for use:


  1. Dissolve yeast in the milk.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add sugar, melted herbs, salt, vanilla, egg and flour.

3.Mix the mixture well and form a homogeneous mass.

  1. Allow it to grow until it doubles in volume.
  2. Then form balls and let them rest for 30 minutes.6. Fry  in hot oil and serve  as desired.
  3. Enjoy your fried Fluffy Balls.
