Crack Burger Recipe 

 

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 mix required)
3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons ranch mixed fruit
1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 hamburger buns
Beans, tomato slices, red onion slices (optional)
Mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup (optional, optional)

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef. , combine softened cream. cheese, mixed vegetable ranch, crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is well combined.
Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal parts and shape them into hamburger patties. Make sure they are evenly distributed and combined so they don’t stick together while cooking.
Heat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat. When hot, place the burgers on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until done. To preserve the juices, do not press down on the burgers while cooking.
While the burgers are cooking, gently place the burger buns on the grill until golden brown.
When the burgers reach the desired consistency, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
To assemble the burgers, place each cooked patty on toast. Add lettuce, tomato slices and red onion slices on top. Add mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup or any other sauce you prefer.
Create instant burgers with your favorite side dish like fries, coleslaw or potato salad.
