  • 3 cups bread flour

  3. Knead the dough with a dough hook (if using a stand mixer) or with your hands until it is smooth, elastic and no longer sticky.This can take  8-10 minutes by hand or 5-7 minutes with a food processor.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap, and let  rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 1 to 1.5 hours, or until doubled in size .

5.Once the dough has risen, tap it lightly to remove any air bubbles. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and divide it into equal portions, shaping each portion into a ball or desired shape.
