INGREDIENTS

250 g carrots

200 g wheat flour

1 packet of baking powder

125 ml sunflower oil

4  eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla  essence

200 g brown sugar

Icing sugar

 PREPARATION

  1. Heat the oven to 180 °C before.
  2. Peel and grate the carrots.

3.Put the result in the glass of a food processor or  blender,  add the sunflower oil and mix until  a homogeneous paste is obtained.

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture increases in volume.
  2. Combine the two mixtures and add the vanilla extract.6. Add the sifted flour and yeast and mix well.
  3. Grease a mold with oil and pour the dough into it.

8.Bake for 30-35 minutes, remove from oven and let cool.

  1. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into portions and serve
