Strawberry Cream Cheese Ice Box Cake Recipe



 o 2 lbs fresh strawberries, washed and sliced ​​

o 2 handfuls graham cracker crumbs

o 1 – 8 oz. package of cheese,  room temperature


o 1 – 14 oz. can sweeten whole milk

o 2 – 3.4 oz. package cheesecake flavored instant pudding

o 3 glasses of milk

o 1 – 12 oz.  whipped cream, divided

How to Make 1. Prepare the cream base: Beat room temperature cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth and lump-free. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and continue beating until well combined.

. Gently fold  half  the dough on top.

  1. Laying: Begin assembly in a 9 x 13 plate. Begin by placing a  layer of cracker crumbs on the bottom. Divide half of the cream  mixture over the  crackers, then pour the other half on top. Add a  layer of  strawberries.
  2. Repeat: Top the strawberries with another layer of graham crackers. Share the remaining cream mixture on top and then pour the remaining pudding mixture on top. Garnish with another generous helping of  strawberries.
  3. Final touch: Share the rest of the dough over the strawberries and create a smooth surface. To add an elegant touch, you can decorate it with strawberry slices or  sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
  4. Refrigeration: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. This allows the graham crackers to soften and allow all the flavors to come together.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Cut and serve after it has cooled. Enjoy butter, fruit and nuts this summer!
