Smoker Heat up to 120°C (250°F). While the smoker is heating, soak the wood in water for 30 minutes and then remove it.
Once your smoker reaches the correct temperature, add wood chips according to your smoker’s instructions.
Smoke Wings: Place the
Wings on the smoke rack, leaving space for smoke between each wing.
Cover the smoker and let the wings smoke for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) as measured by a meat thermometer.

Wood Chips: Different types of wood produce different flavors. Hickory provides a traditional smoky flavor, mesquite provides a smoky flavor that’s perfect for meats like beef, and applewood provides a smoky, smooth smoke flavor that pairs well with chicken.
Rest time: If you let the wings rest for a few minutes after smoking, the juices will be better distributed and your wings will drink more juice.
Serving Suggestions: While smoked wings are delicious on their own, you can also consume them with side dishes such as coleslaw, potato salad, and cornbread.
Enjoy:::::  your homemade smoked chicken wings, a treat that’s perfect for gatherings, game day, or just a delicious meal at home. The smoky flavor combined with the spice blend will make these wings a hit!
