** Ingredients: **

For the meat sauce:
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 onion, minced
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 ground beef or pork mixture
– 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
– 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
– 1 tablespoon of dried basil
– 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste

For the cheese recipe:
– 45 grams of ricotta cheese
– 1 egg
– 1 /2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
– Salt and pepper to taste

– Lasagna soup prepared according to instructions
– 2-3 cups grated mozzarella
– Extra parsley or baking tray


** Instructions: **

1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.

2. **Meat Sauce:**
– Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
– Fry the onion and garlic until soft.
– Add the minced meat and cook until it changes color.
– Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, thyme, salt and pepper and mix.
– Let sit for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. ** Cheese mixture: **
– Mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan cheese, oil, salt and parsley in a bowl.

4. ** Prepare the lasagna: **
– Spread a small portion of the meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
– Sauce lasagna recipe.
– Spread a layer of ricotta cheese mixture on the noodles.
– Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over the ricotta.
– Repeat slices, finishing with meat sauce and top with remaining mozzarella.


5. Coat the baking tray with flour and bake for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and brown.

6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

7. Garnish with chopped parsley or basil before serving.
