98 7 cake mix
98 7 1 can of pineapple-your pineapple juice

4 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 can (8 oz.) beaten, cooled


1 powdered sugar

97 Oil and flour Heat the pan to 9 to 13.


Mix cake mix, crushed pineapple, juice, egg and butter in a large bowl. Mix by hand or use an electric blender on high speed until well combined. Blend on medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Let the cake cool completely. While the cake is cooling, combine the whipped cream with the powdered sugar in a medium bowl and mix until smooth.
