JALAPENO CHICKEN

 

 

 

Here is a delicious Jalapeño Chicken recipe that is easy to make and full of flavor:

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2-3 jalapeño peppers, chopped (remove seeds and heat gently) 97 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Chopped fresh coriander or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 190°C and lightly grease.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using). Mix until well combined.
Open each chicken breast, cut almost horizontally and open like a book.
Spread some of the cream mixture over each chicken breast.
Place a few slices of jalapeno pepper on top of the cream mixture.
Season the chicken fillets well and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Place stuffed chicken breasts on prepared plate.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the chicken fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Before serving, remove toothpicks and brush well with chopped coriander or oil. Serve your
