Peanut butter 

 

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons salted butter – light
1 c. peanut butter frosting – avoid regular peanut butter and butter
16 oz chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar
Make peanut butter balls:
Step 1: Combine peanut butter and oil in a medium bowl until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue mixing until well mixed.
Step 2: Make a ball of peanut butter and keep it in the refrigerator for two hours.
Step 3: Once the peanut butter balls are ready, roll them into 1-inch balls. Make a roll, shape it and place it on the baking tray. Just put it in the refrigerator.
Step 4: Place a heatproof bowl over the pan of water. Add the chocolate chips to the bowl and heat, stirring, until the chocolate is completely melted.
Step 5: Remove the tofu balls from the refrigerator. Insert toothpicks into one of the peanut balls and dip into chocolate. Then tap the wrist twice with your hand. This causes some droplets to be released.
Step 6: Place the paint balls on wax paper and wait for them to harden. Once the balls have hardened, place them in a container and store in the refrigerator or on the counter.
