How to Make MOJO POTATOES Recipe

 

 

These potatoes are delicious to grill or eat because they are soft and tender on the inside. They are very popular at Shakey’s Pizza and very addictive. This pizza shop first opened its doors at Lucky Plaza in Singapore in March 2022, expanding its presence in the Philippines and the United States. So it was a good reminder that I definitely need to let go. Here is my copy description. So I made my own version of the sauce because I can’t quite place the
flavor.

POTATO AND MOJO

Potato is one food.

(I used red potatoes) 500 to 600 grams Wash thoroughly, clean thoroughly and dry immediately. 1 large egg, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
cup milk
Allspice (spice mix)
all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup
½ cup cornstarch
½ teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Red pepper?
Garlic powder, 3/4 teaspoon
One and three-quarter teaspoons of garlic powder
required amount of thyme, 1/4 teaspoon
½ teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Ingredients (mixture)
1/2 pound mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon garlic flour
50% lemon juice
pepper , salt and smoked paprika, all in
words Remember Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Mix egg white with milk. Make sure you mix everything thoroughly. Remove the scale

2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

3. After dipping the potatoes into the wet mixture, spread the spice mixture on them. Discard to remove excess starch and spices. Put aside. Proceed in the same way with the remaining potatoes. Let it sit for about ten minutes.

4. Increase the temperature of the oil to 160 degrees Celsius. Another way is to put wooden bottles into the oil to check if the oil is hot enough. When the oil starts to bubble around the dipstick, it means it is hot enough to use.

5. Be careful not to crowd the pan while frying the potato slices. Place the edges of the fish in the fryer. If it browns quickly, reduce the heat to low. Place on a cooling rack to remove excess oil. Proceed in the same way with the remaining potatoes. Each lap took me about two minutes.

6. Heat the oil on high heat. The potatoes should be boiled for another thirty seconds. Then place on a cooling rack. Proceed in the same way with the remaining potatoes.
