 Instructions:

1.Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or nonstick cooking spray.

  1. Prepare the oat mixture: In a large bowl, combine the  oats, grated zucchini, beaten eggs, minced garlic, minced basil, dried oregano, salt and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.

3.Bake in layers: Spread half of the oat-zucchini mixture evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Press  firmly to create a firm base for baking.

7.Final Cheese Topping: Sprinkle the remaining grated mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top layer.
