  1. Place the seasoned steak morsels in a single layer in the air fryer basket.Avoid overcrowding to ensure they cook evenly and become crispy.
  2. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Cooking time may vary depending on the air fryer model and the doneness of your steak.

1.Use a meat thermometer to check whether the pieces of meat have reached the desired  doneness: 135°F (57°C) for medium rare, 145°F (63°C) for medium, or 155°F (68°C) . ) for well done.

  1. Once the steak pieces are cooked to your liking, transfer them to a serving plate.
  2. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a touch of color and freshness.3. Serve immediately hot as a starter or with your favorite side dishes as a main course.

 Serving suggestions:

  • As an appetizer: Serve the pieces of meat with chopsticks and a side of sauces such as horseradish cream, BBQ sauce or garlic aioli.
  • As a main course: Pair with side dishes such as roasted vegetables, a fresh salad or garlic mashed potatoes for a complete meal.

  • Allowing the steak to rest at room temperature for about 15 to 20 minutes before cooking can help it cook more evenly.• For extra flavor, marinate the beef cubes in the refrigerator for an hour or overnight before cooking.
  • Adjust the cooking times to the size of your steak pieces and the desired degree of doneness.
