5 large potatoes

1 glass of cheddar cheese/100 grams

2 eggs


1 teaspoon of salt

– Peel and grate the potatoes.

Mash the mashed potatoes with your hands and place in a mixing bowl.

– Add cheddar cheese, egg, black pepper, salt and hot pepper to the potatoes and mix.
