Crescent Chicken Roll Ups Recipe

Pure joy in your mouth! I love taking them straight out of the oven when they are still hot!

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated roll dough

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for brushing)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Getting Started Heat the oven to 375°F (190° C) before °C) and lightly grease a baking tray.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, chopped onions, garlic powder, and black pepper and mix well.Roll out the dough into a crescent shape and divide it into triangles along the hole lines. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the widest end of each triangle, then top with Cheddar cheese.

Roll out the dough from the filled side into a half-moon shape and place each roll on the baking tray with the point down to prevent it from rolling up.
For a golden finish, brush the top of the buns with melted butter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and baked through.Allow to cool slightly, then garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
