– **For the Beef:**
– 1 lb beef stew meat or steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste

– **For the Tortellini:**
– 1 lb cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

– **For the Sauce:**
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)




1. **Cook the Beef:**
– Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
– Season the beef with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet.
– Cook until the beef is browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.

2. **Cook the Tortellini:**
– Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. **Make the Sauce:**
– In the same skillet used for the beef, melt the butter over medium heat.
– Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
– Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
– Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine.
– Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
– Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. **Combine and Serve:**
– Add the cooked tortellini and beef back into the skillet with the sauce.
– Stir to coat the tortellini and beef evenly with the sauce.
– Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
– Cover the skillet and let it cook for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
– Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
