– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

For the Frosting:

– 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
– 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 2-3 tablespoons milk (as needed)




1. **Preheat Oven:**
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

2. **Prepare Brownie Batter:**
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

3. **Combine Dry Ingredients:**
Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder to the saucepan and mix until just combined.

4. **Bake:**

Once the brownies are completely cool, spread the frosting evenly over the top.
