Ingredients

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup yoghurt
1 1/2 tea 1 /4 teaspoons chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cups (about 2 pounds) cooked, shredded chicken breasts (homemade and roasted or rotisserie)
3/4 cup diced small Granny Smith apples
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Make sure your chicken is completely cooled. Cut it and add it to the bowl.
Gently stir in apples, cranberries and walnuts.
