 Baked Potatoes Recipe

Hello friends!Let’s delve into the world of classic home cooking, where the baked potato reigns supreme. It is the ultimate canvas for a variety of ingredients and can be the star of the show or a humble companion. But who has the patience to bake in the oven? This is where the air fryer comes into play, producing baked potatoes with a crispy skin and fluffy center in just a fraction of the time.

Roasted potatoes have long been an option for an easy and satisfying meal.Today I’m excited to share a recipe that fits perfectly into the busy lives of food warriors who crave the convenience of baked potatoes without the long vigil in the oven.

Perfect as a complement to a steak dinner or  as a comforting snack garnished with cheese and chives, this method is all about efficiency and flavor. And when your day is a balancing act between work, family and personal time, every minute counts.

 Servings: 4

4 large russet potatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt to taste

Your favorite ingredients

Start by  washing the potatoes well. Then tap each one a few times with a fork  to avoid surprises in the fryer.Gently brush each potato with olive oil. This step is the key to that irresistible crispy skin.

Season with salt to enhance flavor and reduce moisture  for the perfect crunch.

Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, giving them enough room to breathe.

Set your air fryer to 390°F and cook for 35 to 45 minutes.Turn them over halfway through to ensure they are evenly crisped.

Check the doneness by squeezing them lightly (with  your hand protected, of course). You should give in to the pressure.

Cut, loosen and top with side dishes of your choice.

 Variations and Tips:

Refine your potatoes with toppings like sour cream, cheese, bacon pieces, chives or even chili for a heartier dish.I escaped? Cutting the potatoes into smaller pieces can shorten the cooking time, but this changes the classic presentation.

Experiment with spices like garlic powder or paprika mixed with olive oil for a unique twist.
