Ingredients:

– 1 can (16 oz) baked beans
– 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
– 1 can (4 oz) chopped green peppers, unprocessed
– 1 cup salsa
– 2 cups grated Mexican cheese blend
– 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– green onion, diced ( 98) – Fresh coriander, chopped (optional)
– Tortilla chips, for servin:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine baked beans, cream cheese, heavy cream, taco mix, vegetable mix, and salsa. Mix until well combined.
3. Distribute the mixture evenly on the prepared plate.
4. Sprinkle mixed Mexican cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar cheese over bean mixture.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese melts and bubbles.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and fresh cilantro, if desired.
7. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
