– **For the Steak:**
– 2 ribeye steaks
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

– **For the Creamy Shrimp Sauce:**
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped



1. **Prepare the Steaks:**
– Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
– In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
– Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
– During the last minute of cooking, add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Spoon the melted butter and garlic over the steaks.
– Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest while you prepare the sauce.

2. **Prepare the Creamy Shrimp Sauce:**
– In the same skillet, add the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
– Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.
– Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
– If using, add the white wine to the skillet and cook until it is reduced by half.
– Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
– Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
– Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
– Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir to coat them in the sauce.

3. **Serve:**
– Place the steaks on plates and spoon the creamy shrimp sauce over the top.
– Garnish with chopped parsley.
– Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious steak with creamy shrimp sauce!
