Instructions:

Prepare the ribeye steak:
Bring to room temperature and season on both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat the frying pan or skillet over high heat. Add olive oil.
Place the patties on a hot skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, medium-rare or longer, depending on your preference.
Otherwise, in the last two minutes of cooking, add the oil, garlic and herbs and add the milk.
Remove from heat and let rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
2. Prepare the salad:
Toss mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, berries and red onion in a large salad bowl.
Prepare the salad just before serving to keep the vegetables fresh.
3. Preparation of mashed potatoes:
Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until they soften.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Beat the milk and butter until smooth.
Use oil, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Fold in half the crumbled cheese and top with remaining cheese, bacon, and green onions or chives.
4. Cook the corn:
Boil the corn in a large pot of salted water for about 5-7 minutes or grind, turning occasionally, until warm and juicy.

Very careful: Use a meat thermometer to check doneness: 135°F for medium rare, 145°F for medium rare.
