15 egg rolls

8 ounces cream cheese, softened


2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped

For the Dip: 3 tablespoons sweet and sour sauce



Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick aluminum foil.

Mix cream cheese, garlic salt and spring onions in a bowl.


Place 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom half of a spring roll.

Moisten the top edge with water, roll up tightly and close.Repeat for all wrappers.


Gently roll each piece in vegetable oil to create an even layer.
Place them on your baking sheet. Bake for about 13 minutes, turning halfway through.

Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce for dipping.Enjoy
