For those who like it a little spicy, you have the option of using spicy salsa or adding chopped jalapeño to the meat mixture. Swapping out chicken or ground chicken is a great way to save calories and satisfy non-beef eaters. For a sweet treat, opt for shredded cheese, toasted Doritos, and some whipped cream. You can also add extra vegetables such as corn and pepper to the mixture to increase the nutritional value without sacrificing taste.
