Instructions
For the Base / Crust
Prepare 20 cm deep boxes with KitKat on the sides – I use 18 KitKats, then one Because it is small there is a hole.
Drop your food into the jar until it crumbles or with a needle.
Press your cookie mix into the tin spoon and make sure it fits snugly so the KitKat stays neat on the edge.
For the cheesecake, add the
milk chocolate and dark chocolate to the bowl and let it melt slowly. I can make this in the microwave in no time!
Once melted, stir until smooth and set aside to cool slightly.
Place the cream cheese and granulated sugar in a bowl and beat until smooth – I use my Kitchenaid with the whisk attachment.
Add your melted chocolate and whisk until smooth.
Add whipped cream and beat again until smooth and creamy!
Carefully pour the mixture into the KitKat bowl and enjoy!
Top
Add whipped cream and dark chocolate to the bowl and microwave for 20 seconds, stirring constantly.
Mix and melt until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency and spread over the cheesecake.
Add KitKat Bites or sliced KitKats for decoration and sprinkle if using!
Leave the cheesecake in the fridge overnight to set!

For this recipe I bought 21 multipacks of KitKat and a pack of KitKat Bites to decorate.
These are 8 ounce bars – they should be an inch larger than the cans I use!
You can use any milk or dark chocolate for the filling, but you must use dark chocolate for the ganache. If you want to use milk, you will need to use 300 g of chocolate since the ratio is 2:1.
I used 8 inch hydro cans for this recipe!
This recipe can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days!
ENJOY!
