Meat Noodle Soup



1 pound meat stew meat
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
8 mugs hamburger broth
1 container water
2 mugs raw wide egg noodles
1 glass daintily cut carrots
1 glass meagerly cut celery
1 container cut mushrooms
1/2 container diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dark pepper


In a expansive pot, warm the oil over medium-high warm. Include the hamburger and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the meat broth, water, carrots, celery, mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper to the pot. Bring to a boil.
Reduce the warm to moo and stew for 1 hour.
Add the egg noodles to the pot and stew for an extra 15 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
Serve the soup hot.


Optional additions:
