 Ingredients:

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 lemon, sliced into wedges
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Chicken:**
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
– In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
– Rub the chicken breasts with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and then coat them evenly with the seasoning mix.

2. **Sear the Chicken:**
– Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
– Add the chicken breasts and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

3. **Prepare the Broccoli:**
– While the chicken is searing, blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes, until they are bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

4. **Combine and Bake:**
– Once the chicken is seared, remove the skillet from the heat.
– Add the blanched broccoli florets around the chicken in the skillet.
– Pour the chicken broth over the broccoli and chicken.
– Place lemon wedges around the chicken and broccoli.

5. **Bake the Dish:**
– Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.

6. **Garnish and Serve:**
– Remove the skillet from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
– Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
– Serve the chicken and broccoli with the roasted lemon wedges on the side for extra flavor.
