HOMEMADE MARBLE CAKE

Ingredients

125 g butter
225 g sugar
3 eggs
1 glass of milk (200 ml)
250 g flour
1 tablespoon yeast
1 tablespoon cocoa Preparation 9 87
Oven preparation up and down to 180°.
Mix the cream (slightly melted) with the sugar in a bowl.
Once everything is well mixed, add 3 egg yolks (reserve the whites) and beat with a whisk until well combined.
Add milk and mix with a whisk.
Once everything is mixed well, gradually add the dry ingredients: flour and yeast. Mix everything with a whisk until there are no lumps.
In another bowl, beat the egg white until stiff.
After the egg whites are whipped, slowly add the meringue to the mixture and mix gently with a spatula until well combined.
Divide the dough into two parts. Take 1/3 of the mixture in a bowl, add a spoonful of cocoa and mix well.
