  1. Prepare the zucchini: First wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices. This ensures they cook quickly and evenly.
  2. Seasoning: In a bowl, mix the zucchini slices with sweet paprika, salt and all-purpose flour. The flour ensures a slightly crispy consistency when frying.

3.Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the minced garlic (and the extra clove if you want to use it for more garlic flavor). Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Be careful not to let it burn.

  1. Cook the zucchini: Add the seasoned zucchini slices to the pan in a single layer, working in batches as needed.Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and tender.
  2. Add soy sauce: Once the zucchini slices are almost cooked, drizzle them with soy sauce. The soy sauce provides a rich, umami flavor that complements the sweetness of the peppers and the freshness of the zucchini.

6.Garnish and serve: Place the cooked zucchini on a serving platter and sprinkle with freshly chopped  dill. The dill gives the dish a final touch of freshness.

Enjoy this delicious sautéed zucchini as a delicious side dish to your favorite main dishes. Whether you serve it with grilled meat or fish or simply enjoy it as a tasty snack, this recipe is sure to become a new favorite in your culinary repertoire.
