Ingredients

1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
8 oz. container Cool Whip (cold)
How to make Cool Whip and Pudding Frosting
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat the mixture for 2 minutes until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
Once the pudding mixture is well mixed, add the cold cream. Beat at medium speed until the Cool Whip is thoroughly incorporated into the pudding mixture and you obtain a smooth and creamy frosting. Your
Cool Box is ready for use! Spread generously over cakes or cupcakes or use as fresh fruit bars. If you are not using the cream immediately, place it in an airtight container and refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Due to the content of
Cool Whip, do not forget to freeze the leftovers together with the mixture in the refrigerator.
