Garlic butter and potato skillet is a healthy and delicious one-dish meal that combines juicy sweet potatoes with golden brown, tender potatoes, all cooked in a rich garlic sauce. This dish is a great quick meal that feels comforting and healthy. Here’s how it works:
For the steak and potatoes:

Steak: 1.5 pounds ribeye or sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
Potatoes: 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved or roasted depending on size
Onions: 4 cloves, cold
Oil: 4 spoons, unsalted
