He made this dish. Nobody likes my posts. Doesn’t this look good?
This is the new way to use up leftover potatoes.😋 Seasoned with garlic and Parmesan, coated with Panko, I like it soft on the outside and soft in the middle. Kids are surprised 😍
Mix the spices and shape the meatballs into pancakes (1/2 cm thick). Spread panko on top (no chicken required) and fry (air crisp) for 4 minutes on each side. Yummy

! Ingredients

2 cups mashed potatoes. Not too much stuff or too much water.
1 egg
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped. Garlic powder can be added.
3 tablespoons All-purpose flour. It can remove the desired dust.
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. You can cover it with cheddar cheese or any cheese you want. +1/2 cup Parmesan cheese for topping
1 tablespoon Italian. Optionally, you can add
1/2 cups breadcrumbs or panko.
Salt and pepper to taste.
For garnish:
Finely chopped parsley for garnish. It can be garnished with finely chopped green onions or fresh dill. A dollop of icing on top of each potato cake. The bacon is crumbling.
1. In a large bowl, add mashed potatoes, egg, minced garlic, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, herbs, salt and pepper, and 3 tablespoons flour. Mix until well combined.
2. Place 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup bread crumbs in a small bowl and mix.
3. Divide the potato mixture into 8 equal parts and use your 8 hands. about 1/2 to 3/4 cm. Coat the slices with the parmesan/bread mixture. 9
5. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes.
6. Carefully place the stuffed potatoes in the ovenproof basket. Don’t bother them, give them time.
7. Bake medium at 375F/190C for 8 minutes. You will need to spray it again when it turns to the other side. In other words, cook for 4 minutes per side or until the bread is crispy.
