 Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

 Preparation:

Start by  washing the potatoes well. Then tap each one a few times with a fork  to avoid surprises in the fryer.Gently brush each potato with olive oil. This step is the key to that irresistible crispy skin.

Season with salt to enhance flavor and reduce moisture  for the perfect crunch.

Set your air fryer to 390°F and cook for 35 to 45 minutes.Turn them over halfway through to ensure they are evenly crisped.

Check the doneness by squeezing them lightly (with  your hand protected, of course). You should give in to the pressure.

Cut, loosen and top with side dishes of your choice.
