Ingredients:

– 1 cup pineapple, diced
– 1 cup mango, diced
– 1 cup papaya, diced
– 1 cup kiwi, diced
– 1 cup apple, diced
– 1 cup watermelon, diced
– 1/2 cup goji berries (dried or rehydrated)
– 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
– 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
– Juice of 2 limes

1. **Prepare the Fruits:**
– Dice the pineapple, mango, papaya, kiwi, apple, and watermelon into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

2. **Add the Goji Berries:**
– If using dried goji berries, you may want to rehydrate them by soaking in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain well before adding to the fruit salad.
