This Swiss recipe combines a melted vinaigrette of onions, carrots, garlic, and tomatoes. Serve mashed potatoes, white rice, or Amish amode for full inclusion. 977.
Kosher salt and freshly ground black cumin
½ cup all-purpose flour
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 crescent onion, sliced ​​

Instructions

Tenderize the meat

Season to taste with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve a plate of fried potatoes, white rice, or meat and eggs with sauce, if desired.
Note
Use meatballs for better conversion. Wrap the circle around plastic wrap and cut the circle in half lengthwise.
You can make this recipe in the Dutch oven, crockpot, electric skillet, or Dutch oven. If the pan does not have an oven lid, cover it with aluminum foil before putting it in the oven.
Peel the carrots so they get that beautiful orange color.
I like to use fire roasted tomatoes, but pickled tomatoes work too.
Dried thyme can be replaced with dried marjoram. I like marjoram because it’s slightly sweet, light, and generally light.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave on low power.
