Ingredient:

In a bowl add 1 cup of milk
1 cup of water.
You can also make it with 2 cups of milk if you want.
Warm, not hot.
2 tablespoons sugar.

Preparation:

Add a 10g packet of yeast.
Stir and let rest for 10 minutes.
In another bowl, sift 6 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
Into the yeast mixture Add a quarter cup of oil and 1 egg, mix
Add flour to the yeast mixture
Mix well until a sticky dough forms.
Add a heaping tablespoon of butter or margarine.
Knead for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Over time it becomes less sticky when kneading.
Rub the dough and bowl with oil and cover. Let rest for 45 minutes.Flatten into golf ball-sized rolls and place on a buttered plate.
Cover and let rest for about 30 minutes.
Whisk the eggs with some of the egg-milk mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C +- 20 minutes.
When the rolls are ready, spread some butter on the rolls.
Double portion prepared
