Soft and Easy Milk Bread




4 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast (1 standard packet)
1 cup warm milk (about 110° F or 43° C)
1/4 cup unsalted, soft
1 large egg
Directions: . Yeast Usage:

Mix warm milk and sugar in a bowl. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Sprinkle the dry yeast over the milk mixture. Let the yeast sit for about 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
2. Prepare the flour:


Mix the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the
Organic fertilizer mixture, light oil and egg to the mixture. Mix until the dough thickens.
Knead the dough on a floured surface or in a bowl for about 10-15 minutes until it becomes soft and smooth. 9
4. Shape the bread:

Gently tap the risen dough to remove excess air.
Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them into loaves or place them on a greased pan.
5. Second proofing:

Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for 30-60 minutes, until it rises again.
6. Preheat the oven:

Preheat your oven to 180°C.
7. Baking:

Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the surface is golden brown and the bread is firm when pressed.
8. Cool and enjoy:


Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a rack to cool completely before slicing.
Cut and enjoy the dairy! This bread is perfect for sandwiches, French toast, or topped with butter or jam.
