**Ingredients:**

– 1 package of puff pastry dough (store-bought or homemade)
– 1 lb ground sausage (or any preferred ground meat)
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
– Salt and pepper to taste

**Instructions:**

1. **Prepare the Filling:**
– In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
– Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
– Stir in the grated cheese and chopped parsley. Mix until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the filling cool slightly.

2. **Prepare the Dough:**
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
