Sausage and Cream Cheese Bites

Ingredients:

1 pound sausage (Jimmy Dean brand)

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 ( 12 -ounce cans) Grands Jr Puff Pastry Cookies (20 cookies total)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray mini muffin cups with cooking spray and set aside.
Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Allow fat to drain.
Mix together the cooked sausage, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and grated cheddar cheese.Remove the cookies from the molds and divide each cookie into two parts. Place each cookie round in a muffin tin. Fill the sausage mixture into cookie cutters.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown
