Steakhouse Bloomin’ Onions Outback Steakhouse Bloomin’ Onions are a staple of Outback Steakhouse’s menu. It is a large, fried onion cut into flower shapes and served with a special spicy sauce.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Prepare a large bowl with cornstarch, 1/2 cup flour, minced garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Whisk together until combined. Pour

Peel the onion and cut it into pieces.
In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, 4 teaspoons of paprika, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of allspice and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
Place a quarter of the onion in the beer batter and cover with the flour mixture.
Place the onions in a single layer on a greased baking tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until brown.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy
