 Naan Rolls

 

Ingredients:

5 cups flour

1/2 cup sugar

A pinch of salt

1 packet yeast (purple packet)

1/2 cup oil

2 beaten eggs

2 cups warm water and milk (1 cup water-1 cup milk)

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast, add the oil and form crumbs with your hands, poke a hole in them. Add the eggs in the middle and  start adding. Use a milk mixture for the dough, use 1.5 to 2 cups of  warm milk and water mixture for the dough and knead well!

Let it rise, form it into balls and place them in a greased pan. Let it rise again, then brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame  or poppy seeds.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the surface is golden brown.
