Made in air fryer

Sounds delicious! Baking cakes in an air fryer is a great idea, bringing the outside in while staying indoors and comfortable. Air conditioning can be efficient and useful, especially if you don’t want to heat your entire kitchen or cook in small spaces. If you’ve tried blueberry muffins in the air fryer before, I’d love to hear how it went and if you have any tips or changes to the process.

If you would like a guide on how to air fry muffins, here is a general procedure you can follow using the previously mentioned recipe or battery:

General Instructions for Air Fryer Muffins
1. Preparing the Battery:

Follow muffin batter preparation recipe.
2. Prepare the muffin moulds:

If you have airtight or silicone moulds, use them. You can also prepare your own muffin molds from aluminum foil and line them with paper. Make sure everything you use fits snugly in your frying basket.
3. Fill muffin cups:

Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with batter.
4. Preheat the air iron:

Heat the air to 160°C (320°F) for approximately 3-5 minutes. Air fryers can be varied and the temperature and conditions can be adjusted as needed.
5. Fry Air:

Place pans or containers in the air fryer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook in batches.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin comes out clean. Additionally, baking times may vary depending on the size of the fryer and the size of the muffins.
6. Cooling:

When the muffins are ready, carefully remove them from the air and let them cool on a rack.
Tip
Don’t overdo it: air circulation is the key to air conditioning. To ensure proper baking of muffins, do not cover the air basket.
Checking doneness: Start checking the muffins a few minutes before you think they are done. Air fryers can cook faster than traditional ovens.
Baking Combinations: If you are using air conditioning, you may need to reduce the normal oven temperature by 25-50°F (about 4-10°C). I’m curious how your
Muffins turned out and if you have any special baking tips!
